1 - do you travel for sessions?

yes!! travel within 30 miles of jacksonville, nc is included. i'm happy to travel beyond that for a small mileage fee - just ask!

2 - can i bring my pet

absolutely - bring them! i love when fur babies join in on the fun. just let me know ahead of time so we can plan a pet friendly spot!

3 - What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

to officially book your session, i require a $50 non-refundable deposit. this holds your spot and goes towards your total session cost. if you cancel, that deposit is not refunded. if you need to reschedule, i totally understand - life happens! i offer one free reschedule with at least 24 hour's notice. additional reschedules or last-minute changes may require a new deposit.

4 - do you pose us or is it candid?

both! i'll guide you with natural prompts so you're never wondering what to do with your hands, but I'm also always watching for the in-between moments - the giggles, the cuddles, the way your partner looks at you when you're not paying attention... those are my favorite.

5. what happens if it rains

if the weather decides to be dramatic on session day, don't worry - we'll make a plan! depending on the forecast we can reschedule for a clearer day or embrace the rain for some cozy, romantic, or fun shots (umbrellas totally welcome). either way, i'll keep in touch leading up to your session so we can decide on what works best.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

absolutely! i love when clients share their inso or pose ideas. you can send me any pinterest boards, photo examples, or even just describe the vibe you're going for. i'll make sure to include those shots while still keeping things natural and true to your style.

7. what should i wear?

honestly - wear whatever makes you feel confident and like you, that's the most important part! i always recommend sticking to neutral or muted tones since they photograph beautifully and keep the focus on you, not your outfit. flowy fabrics, layers, and textures always look amazing on camera. and if you're unsure, i am happy to help you pick out outfits or give feedback before your session!

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

my typical turnaround time is 7-10 days, but can vary slightly depending on how busy the season is. i'll always keep you updated if there are any delays - communication is super important to me, and you'll never be left wondering where your photos are!
